Philanthropy

Our brothers are very involved in philanthropy. As a chapter we participate in almost every sorority's philanthropy, time permitting. Our pride and joy, however is our national philanthropy, which is the V Foundation for Cancer Research. The V Foundation was founded by Jimmy "V" Valvano, the former head coach of NC State who was diagnosed with cancer himself. Before he died from Cancer, he set up the V Foundation and banded together with many of his friends and colleagues in the sports industry to raise money and awareness for Cancer and Cancer Research. For more information about the V Foundation, click here.

In the Fall we have Pups & Pies. Come support the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research, all while enjoying pizza and some furry friends. We partner up with the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Animal Therapy Program and the Tallahassee Animal Shelter for this event.

In the spring we also contribute and participate in Dance Marathon and Relay for Life, along with hosting another Pups & Pies event.
